This international tour has a special payment and refund/cancellation policy. Please review the terms and conditions carefully.

Payment Schedule: 

A deposit of $500 per person is due with the reservation ($300 is non-refundable). Final payment is due 180 days  before departure date (August 11, 2026). Early registration is encouraged.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be in writing. The amount of the refund will be based on the date of the postmark or email. Refunds are based on the number of days before the departure date. $300/person of the deposit is non-refundable to cover land and air deposits. From 90 days to 31 days before departure, a 50% cancellation penalty will be assessed. Airline tickets once purchased are nonrefundable. Anyone canceling 30 days or less before departure will receive no refund.
